Students that attend the Houton Texas based school, receive 2 days of hands on training and classroom instruction.  The advantage of hands on training is that participants can actually view proper cleaning and spraying techniques.

Our Soft Wash Roof Cleaning training teaches everything a potential business owner needs to know.  This includes how to properly clean a roof without using damaging high pressure from a pressure washer.  We teach everything from proper spraying techniques to protecting the property from damage.  The carelessness or ignorance of inexperienced contractors can cause this damage.

Doug Rucker’s Pressure Cleaning School is pleased to announce our Pressure Cleaning School 2015 Schedule.  It occurs once a month right here in Houston Texas.  When you attend our school you will learn what it takes to start and operate a residential pressure washing, soft washing, and roof cleaning business.  We will also assist you in picking out the equipment necessary to start your pressure washing business.

Hands on Training

On the first day you will receive hands on training at an actual job site.  Thus, we clean a Roof, House, Driveway and whatever else may be at the property that we are cleaning that day. You will actually be able to see the equipment in use that we use on a daily basis.  Plus, the proper cleaning techniques for the various surfaces you will encounter. This includes both Soft Washing and Pressure Washing.

The second day will be class room time as we go over different power point presentations that will cover, Equipment Selection, House Washing, Roof Cleaning, Driveway and Concrete Cleaning, Bidding and Estimating Jobs, Protecting the Property and Plants, and much more. You will also leave with access to all the power points in video format so that you can refer back to them over and over as needed.

Chemicals and Cleaning Products

We will also spend time on going over what kinds of chemicals and cleaning products you will need.  In addition, mixing ratios for house washing and roof cleaning will be covered.  Also, other stain removal projects like rust removal, hard water stains, oil stains, and many others.

Doug Ruckers Pressure Cleaning and Roof Cleaning School is hosting it’s first ever Orlando Florida Pressure Washing School. This will be a one day Rookie Camp on Wednesday July 30 2014.  This is one day prior to the NCE East educational event that will be held at the Orlando Doubletree Hilton Seaworld. This school is perfect for anyone that is just starting an exterior cleaning business or has an existing business.

Cost for the one day school is $645.00 and is being limited to the first 10 that sign up and pay.

 

Live hands on training will take place in the morning as I teach you how to properly clean a roof and exterior of a residential home. You will be able to witness everything from how I price a job, setting up, protecting the property, before and after pictures that we take, through the actual cleaning of the roof, house, and driveway to packing up.

The Orlando Florida Pressure Washing School Event

Doug Rucker’s Pressure Washing School will be hosting a one day Orlando Florida Pressure Washing School Event.  It is on July 30 in Orlando Florida just prior to the National Cleaning Expo event. The event is on July 31, August 1-2, 2014. This will be a one day school that will consist of both hands on training as well classroom time.

Morning Session

The morning part of the school will consist of live hands on training.  I will clean a roof and exterior of a home, as well as the driveway and sidewalks. You will be able to witness and learn proper spraying techniques and safety precautions.  Also how to protect the property, and set up and break down for better production and efficiency.  We cover which soft wash method to use when, and much more at this live on site school.

Classroom Training

The classroom portion of the day will consist of following up on the live training portion.  We will answer any questions from it you may have. We will also discuss on a more in depth level, House Washing, Concrete Cleaning, Roof Cleaning, Property Protection, Equipment Selection for your new business, Residential Marketing Tips to help you get your new Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning business started, Mixing Your House Wash and Roof Cleaning Solutions, and much much more. The day will end with a question and answer period, allowing you to ask any questions you may have about the exterior cleaning business. All participants will receive a 120 page workbook that will be yours to keep. This workbook is loaded with useful information that you will refer to often as you start and work your new exterior cleaning business.

We are announcing big news that starts January 2014!  We will be offering Pressure Washing Training via the internet and web conferencing!  All you need is access to a computer with a camera and a microphone.  You will be able to take the same classes that we offer locally. Our Pressure Washing Training and Roof Cleaning School located in the Houston Texas area is now online!

Since March of 2011, we are glad to host over 1000 students from various parts of the United States.  But we also have had many others that could not attend due to scheduling problems and other issues.  Many of you have asked if we could offer something online, and up until now we have not been able to do that.  Starting January 2014 that all changes.

Class Logistics

All zoom web conferencing classes will be limited to no more than 3 students at a time so that I can assure that everyone receives the personal attention they deserve and the best value for their tuition.
