Orlando Florida Pressure Washing School

Doug Rucker’s Pressure Cleaning and Roof Cleaning School is hosting another Orlando Florida Pressure Washing School. This will be a three day Hands on Training and Difference Makers Conference on February 22-24, 2024.  Location is the King Street Baptist Church in Cocoa Florida just 45 Minutes from Orlando Florida

Cost for the Pressure Washing School is based on which days you want to attend or you can purchase and all access pass.  Registration and Information can be found at EVENT SITE.

 

TRAINING AGENDA

February 22nd – This will be a full one day hands on training in cleaning a commercial building, roof, concrete and windows.

Building Washing – You will be able to participate as we teach you how to clean the exterior of the church building as well as the property protection process and procedures that we do to prepare for the cleaning.  You will actually be able to use the equipment and grab the wand and do some cleaning yourself if you choose too.  We will also discuss what we are looking for when we are pricing buildings like this, so that you know how to price.  Further instruction on pricing jobs will also be covered in the Difference Makers Conference the following Day.

Roof Cleaning – We will show you the proper methods of how to prepare and protect the property. I will personally be getting on the roof of the church and show you how to properly clean a roof.  I will teach you proper spray techniques to prevent excessive run-off, how to capture run off when and if needed, and the things to communicate to your customer both verbally and in your quote to set there expectations. We will also discuss what we are looking for when we are pricing roof cleanings like this, so that you know how to price.  Further instruction on pricing jobs will also be covered in the Difference Makers Conference the following Day.

Concrete Cleaning – Hose Management, proper surface cleaner size, nozzle size, low lying areas and drainage, and preparing the concrete are just a few of the things we will be teaching.  You will be able to use the surface cleaner and clean concrete yourself to get hands on experience using the proper equipment. We will also discuss what we are looking for when we are pricing concrete cleaning jobs, including parking lots, driveways, curbs, etc., so that you know how to price and plan for these type of jobs. Further instruction on pricing jobs will also be covered in the Difference Makers Conference the following Day.

Window Cleaning –  If you’ve never used a water fed pole (WFP) for window cleaning, you’ll have the opportunity to do that.  We will show you how to get spot free streak free windows to complete every job, residential or commercial.

Friday February 23rd – Difference Makers Conference

This conference will focus on the business side of your business.  The side talked about the least when preparing to open a business.

Building a Residual Based Income Business – Every business should be built on clients that have a need to continue using your services.  We will discuss and show you ways to build a residual based business.

Creating & Building Relationships with Clients – The success of your small business will be based on your ability to build relationships with your clients.  Learn from our years of experience in working for both residential and commercial clients on how to create and build relationships.

High End Residential Sales – I call it Mancho Selling.  I’ll use my experience of how to work with higher end clients, big mansions,  and build trust so you can sell value over price.

Commercial Sales – One of the reasons we teach on Creating & Building Relationships with Clients, is because that’s so important in commercial property sales and working with Property Managers.  We’ll share proven techniques and strategies on how to get more commercial clients and build residual income.

Pricing – Never ask someone else “how much should I charge”.  We will teach you and show you how to confidently price any job based on YOUR business.  In fact, everyone attending will actually participate in establishing your own pricing customized to your company.

Money Matters – With Kelsey Elliott, CPA, Taxes, Budgeting, Profit and Loss, Balance Statements, and much more.  This will be a live zoom session and will end with a Question and Answer session.

Saturday February 23rd – Parking Lot Striping

You’ll receive classroom instruction as well as hands on training.  You will actually get the opportunity to use the striping equipment, stencils, paint and other tools used for striping, as we stripe the church parking lot.

Jeffrey will teach you strategies to help you start and operate your striping business.
