PRESSURE WASHER SHOOTER TIP

Today’s deep dive video post covers all the various PRESSURE WASHER SHOOTER TIP options from Doug Rucker Store.  The C&R Sharp Shooter Tip along with the X-Jet M-5 twist on a Dual Tip holder is a great thing to have!  Allow me to share how I set mine up as well a demonstration of spray distance and pattern.  The first demonstration is with a 4 gallon per minute pressure washer.  Our estimate for this is 45-50 feet of distance.  But remember the demonstration spraying straight out results in more distance than when spraying in the upward direction on a job.  Another variable to consider is wind.

X-Jet M 5 TWIST

At the 3:00 time stamp, I also show the X-Jet M 5 Twist nozzle for demonstration purposes.  It gets about the same distance but falls apart a little bit more.  In other words, more spray atomization.  But the advantage is the ability to change the pattern to a wider fan spray.  I highly recommend this set up for 2-3 story buildings.  In fact, I went back to my house to show the visual demonstration of distance and reach as on an actual job site.  Once you can grow your business and step up to a higher gallon per minute machine, you will be able to reduce time on each job.  We also demonstrate both nozzles with an 8 gallon per minute machine.  This will give you a good feel for what it will look like and feel like on the job.  At about 9:30, the demonstration is on an actual commercial job site of a two story building.

MY SET UP

At approximately the 13:00 time stamp, I provide information on how I set up my various nozzles and J Rods.  Each J Rod holder can handle four nozzles.  It’s usually soap high, soap low, rinse high, and rinse low nozzles.   In Houston, we have homes and buildings that usually have three or four difference types of surfaces to clean.  My main use for the X-Jet M 5 Twist Nozzle is using it to spray for plant protection.  So I may use a dual nozzle holder in its place with 0560 and 2520 nozzles.  If this is helpful to you, I have an online video school you might want to consider.  Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
