RINSING DOWNSTREAM INJECTOR
RINSING DOWNSTREAM INJECTOR tips and tricks is the subject of this video post. We begin with the difference type of injector set ups you can use. Everything in my store that I sell I use or have used at some point in the past. I only sell and use items for custom rig builds that I know work well as a result of using or testing on the job. This is our DOWNSTREAM INJECTOR kit. The most important thing to remember when using it is the arrow that points in the direction the water flows. If you ever get to where you can’t see the arrows, remember that arrow is pointing toward the larger collar. Another factor when using this set up is understanding you will lose a little bit of pressure and flow volume.
DOWNSTREAM BYPASS INJECTOR
Another way to downstream is by using a bypass injector. You can see an example of this at the 7:00 time stamp. Anything that bleach is running through will eventually corrode and fail. This is precisely why RISNING DOWNSTREAM INJECTOR is so important, regardless of the set up. This is why also want to always have on hand a couple of spare injectors. The ball valve in this case adjusts to drawing just water vs drawing chemicals such as bleach. With this set up, you have the option of using it manually, or using the Flow Pro Remote Bypass System. It saves time, steps, energy, and effort on every job. Also, using a check valve will result in providing a little bit stronger mix. And this one comes set up on the injector. Another variable I discuss is a chem line with filter which has a strainer on 6 ft of hose. Make sure to pick things up at approximately 14:00 for the steps you need to take for RINSING DOWNSTREAM INJECTOR.
