PRESSURE WASHER TRUCK SKID

This PRESSURE WASHER TRUCK SKID video post features two skids for sale. Both skids are for long bed trucks. A customer of ours sold his business and kept his trucks but not the equipment. He is moving out of the area here locally and asked for my help in selling these two rigs. They are both identical 8 foot skids. There are two 4 GPM pressure washers. This will provide the option for a two man crew. As an example, one person can be cleaning a house while the other person is cleaning concrete. Another option is to siamese connect these two units for a combined 8 GPM. Be sure and watch the entire video for all the details on this PRESSURE WASHER TRUCK SKID.

SOFT WASH SYSTEM

There is also an enclosed battery bank for a 12 volt soft wash system with automatic charger. Also there are two tanks with one being for 100 gallons and the other holding 200 gallons. There are two hose reels. One is for soft washing and the other is a pressure hose. The 12 volt soft wash system has three valves. One for water, one for bleach, and one for soap. It has a 5 gpm Remco pump. The skids are not able to be fork lifted. But they are staged presently so that trucks can slide right in and load them up.

LADDER RACK

Both skids also have a ladder rack which was designed and fabricated so that ladders do not need to be tied down. These are really great, functional and well designed skids that are ready to go! POWER WASH TRUCK SETUP

In this POWER WASH TRUCK SETUP video post, Doug Rucker walks you through another custom build. This six foot truck bed skid is for a customer who works in Katy, Texas. We start with a 200 foot fierce jet pressure hose on a Kings Reel. Then the soft wash hose also has a soft wash ball valve gun and jrod nozzle kit. Then you will notice a flexilla garden hose which hooks up to the customer’s water supply also on a King’s Reel. This hose fills a water tank which is equipped with a jobe float valve which stops the water flow once the tank is full. There are two 100 gallon tanks, one for water and one for bleach.

SOFT WASH SYSTEM

This POWER WASH TRUCK SETUP comes equipped with our proprietary electric soft wash system we call THE SOFT E. In this particular build, we put this inside of a large protective aluminum chrome box. The main idea here is to deliver a 50/50 mix for roof cleaning and other soft washing projects. For the basic differences between soft washing and pressure washing, check out this video. He also has a 5.5 GPM gear drive pressure washer machine because we’re working with a limited amount of space and footprint to work with on this particular POWER WASH TRUCK SETUP build. The gas tank is built into the machine, so a separate gas tank does not eat up extra space. Whether we call it gear drive or belt drive, that pretty much refers to the same thing.

FLOW PRO REMOTE

PLUMBING FOR PRESSURE WASHER

Right off the bat, you’ll see how the plumbing for the water supply is set up for this trailer build. This connects to the pressure washer machine with bulk head fittings and hose specifications. I also walk you through the unloader bypass hose set up with which returns water back to the tank when off trigger. This POWER WASH TRUCK VIDEO also includes a FLOW PRO remote bypass system. At about 4:45, I provide some tips on various wiring options for the Flow Pro.

DOWNSTREAM INJECTOR

The downstream injector is another important piece of this POWER WASH TRUCK VIDEO set up. We use a check valve in order to obtain a stronger mix and the contributes to injector longevity. I also show a poly three way ball valve that enables me to rinse the injector at the end of every job. You will also notice how all of this connects to the various tanks on board. In fact, I even explain how the inside of the tanks are set up. Setting up a vent hose to bleach tanks helps protect your equipment from deterioration.
